Aaron and Jessica

On Thursday we went bowling with Aaron's family at Fat Cats. It was way fun! I am not much of a bowler, but Aaron got the high score of the nigh he got a 133. I am just realizing that I didn't take any pictures of his family. Whoops. They were there though. Sorry guys. I need to get better at taking pictures of everyone.

We went up to Cascade Springs with Ashlee and Jason and Austin. I hadn't been up there in a while I forgot how pretty it was up there. We had fun taking pictures.

Steel Days was fun. We go every year. We love to get their fries mmmmmm and their corn dogs. They are so yummy. But this year didn't end up like that we were going to but we ended up leaving early because Aaron and I got incredibly sick on the "Ring of Fire" I honestly don't know what it was I am usually good on rides but I guess we are just getting old. Needless to say that was a down fall but everything else was fun.

Today Aaron starts his Phlebotomy class. He is so excited. It will be a good thing to know how do, to draw blood. I have a feeling I might get practiced on a few times.

So my Aunt Ashlee's ward has a community garden and Aaron and I decided we wanted to do one and we LOVE it. We love gardening. At first it was a little frustrating because things were not growing and plants were dying but we have learned that you have to be patient. We can not wait to start eating our plants and making salsa and bottling pickles. We may not be married but it is a good start on getting ready and getting a food storage ready.

So Aaron and I got a little board on Sunday so we decided to go to the park and take some pictures. It was fun. The pictures are kind of random and dorky but they are fun.

I love the 4th of July. It is one of the best holidays. We went to Mindy and Chase's house for a BBQ. The food was so good. Then after Aaron and I we went to my house and did fireworks with my family and watched Thanksgiving Points fireworks. I love watching fireworks and I cant wait to do them again on the 24th.

New York was such a blast! We did a lot of fun stuff. We walked through Central Park and we went to the Met. We went to the top of the Empire State Building. Now that was a little nerve racking especially the forever long elevator ride but the view was worth it. Our Hotel was two blocks away from Times Square so thats where we were every night. We rode the ferris wheel inside of Toys R Us. Yep thats right the ferris wheel is inside. We did a lot of shopping my favorite store there is H&M it is the best. We also did a lot of street shopping. We ate a lot of New York pizza and a lot of hot dogs. But our favorite was the ice cream trucks that they have there. It is called Mr. Creamy and it is by far the best ice cream ever! So Yummy. Another favorite was Dunkin Donuts. The last three days we went to up state New York and visited my dad's family that was fun as well. Up state New York is so pretty. We love New York it is defiantly one of our favorites. We can not wait to go back.
